TRANSALLIANCE, its affiliates, and/or its representatives (hereinafter "TRANSALLIANCE") may collect personal data. These data will be processed in accordance with the purposes set out at the time of collection.
The processing of personal data by TRANSALLIANCE is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("General Data Protection Regulation") which aims to protect individuals' privacy in the context of personal data processing.
The purpose of this document is to provide information on how TRANSALLIANCE collects, processes, and shares personal data concerning users of the website who fill out a contact form, as well as the rights of these individuals concerning the processing of their personal data.
Object and Purpose of Processing
The personal data requested from the customer when placing an order are essential for the completion of the order. The information collected will be integrated into TRANSALLIANCE's database as a "customer file" and will be used for the purposes of billing, order processing, and the establishment of statistics. The customer expressly authorizes TRANSALLIANCE to share this information with partners and subcontractors who may carry out services on their behalf.
Type of Data Collected
In the case of a user requesting general contact or a quote, the site mandatorily collects the name, first name, email address, and the free text message entered by the user. Depending on the user's choice, the telephone number may also be collected.
These data are transmitted via a secure computer means to TRANSALLIANCE, to enable them to recontact the user. These data are stored in TRANSALLIANCE's electronic messaging software.
The collection of these data is essential and necessary for the conclusion of any contract.
Data Retention Period
The duration of personal data retention varies according to the categories of personal data collected and extends as long as the law requires or authorizes. Personal data of customers are kept at a minimum for the duration of the contract concluded between TRANSALLIANCE and the customer.
When the processing of personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, TRANSALLIANCE deletes the personal data in question.

Rights of Individuals Whose Data Are Collected
Right of access: it is possible to request the communication of all data concerning you. Right to object: it is possible to object at any time to the processing of personal data necessary if it is based on the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the data controller or the performance of a task in the public interest, provided that you justify a legitimate interest in opposing such processing.
Right to data portability: it is possible to retrieve for free the data communicated to TRANSALLIANCE and, if necessary, to transfer them to another organization. This right applies only if the data processing is carried out using automated processes and if it is based on your consent or on a contract between the client and TRANSALLIANCE.
Right to rectification: it is possible to request the rectification of personal data when they are inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer up-to-date.
Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"): it is possible to request the erasure of certain data if their retention is no longer justified, i.e., if there is no legitimate reason.
Right to restriction of processing: it is possible to request the restriction, respectively the blocking of processing when data collected is, for example, inaccurate or irrelevant.
